Once placed, units should not be moved without our approval. If you need a unit relocated on-site, contact us to arrange it. Unauthorized movement may cause damage and could result in additional fees.
6. Customer Responsibilities

- Use the equipment only for intended sanitation purposes
- Keep the unit secure from vandalism where reasonably possible
- Avoid disposing of prohibited items (e.g., construction debris, chemicals, batteries, hazardous waste)
- Notify us promptly of damage, tipping, overflow, theft, or servicing concerns
7. Cleaning and Servicing
- For long-term rentals, we provide servicing on an agreed schedule (often weekly).
- You agree to maintain reasonable conditions around the unit to allow servicing access.
- Excessive misuse or prohibited disposal may require additional cleaning fees.
8. Damage, Loss, and Theft
You may be responsible for:
- Damage beyond normal wear and tear
- Units that are burned, vandalized, or intentionally damaged while under your control
- Lost or stolen units (subject to circumstances and investigation)
We recommend providing lighting or basic security for high-risk sites.
9. Limitations of Liability

- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (lost profits, event interruption, etc.).

12. Indemnification

- Unsafe site conditions under your control
- Unauthorized relocation or alteration of equipment
